KALVISTA Apartment is a newly built, contemporary apartment featuring a private sauna, a spacious terrace overlooking the valley, and a complimentary EV charging station conveniently located right in front of the entrance. Nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Šmarje pri Jelšah, among the rolling green hills of eastern Slovenia, it offers the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and modern design.

Elegant oak flooring connects the bright open-plan living area with the dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an induction cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. For relaxing evenings, guests can enjoy a 77-inch Smart TV. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms and a sofa bed, accommodating up to five guests.

The modern bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower with a natural marble finish. All rooms are air-conditioned, while high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi provides a reliable internet connection throughout the apartment and even on the terrace.

One of the apartment's highlights is its private wellness experience. The glass-enclosed sauna can be used either as a traditional Finnish sauna or as an infrared sauna. To ensure maximum comfort, bathrobes, towels, and slippers are provided for all guests.

A private parking space is located directly in front of the apartment and features an 11 kW Type 2 EV charging station, allowing guests to charge their electric vehicles free of charge during their stay.
