At the Gorska Roža Herb Farm, you can discover how genuine herbs and herbal products are lovingly crafted with deep respect for nature. The herbs are grown completely naturally — without any chemical fertilizers or pesticides. The fields are tended by hand, and the harvest is also done manually, with great care taken to remove any dead or damaged parts of the plants. The herbs are dried either naturally or in a drying room, depending on the type of plant and the weather conditions. Once dried, the herbs aren’t ground into powder; instead, they’re hand-cut or gently crumbled to preserve their aroma, color, and healing properties.
